Who Am I?

09 Oct 2009 Featured

me_web150x150Who am I?

How do I answer that question?

First and foremost, I am a child of God, a follower of Christ.

I am also husband to Debbie and father to three beautiful children.

I have the privilege of being a stay-at-home dad and in my ’spare’ time, I am a house church pastor, I run a website hosting company called Heavenly Hosts (www.heavenlyhosts.co.uk) and I write children’s books (see: The Professor Alexander Series).

Professor Alexander Series

09 Oct 2009 Featured

Professor Alexander is a genius inventor from England, who shows up in the the small town of Rosefields one day and opens a school for the children there.

This is no ordinary school though and the students soon learn that hidden at the back of the school yard is the professor’s greatest creation – an incredible secret invention that will change their lives forever.

Professor Alexander has a time machine!

The Professor Alexander’s Fantastic Fieldtrips series is all about the amazing adventures that the professor takes his class on in this amazing machine.

Travel with them as they get to witness first-hand some of the stories from the bible unfold and learn valuable lessons which will help them grow as children of God.

I am currently looking for a publisher for the Professor Alexander’s Fantastic Fieldtrips series.

Read the exciting new preview here.

If you are a publisher or agent and are interested in reviewing the books for potential publication, please feel free to contact me using the form above.

My Blog

09 Oct 2009 Featured

I have been blogging now, on and off, since January 2007.

My blog is called “Rediscovering the Church” and is my way of sharing my walk with Christ and working through what God is doing in me.

I find all writing, whether it be blogging, writing books, tweeting or even writing emails/letters both therapeutic and a great cognitive tool.

In my experience, nothing helps you to really work through and work out what you believe and what you are experiencing /going through than attempting to communicate it to others. They say that teachers learn more than the people they are teaching and the same is writing – it forces the writer to deeply think through what they are trying to communicate.

Please come visit my blog at: http://blog.hafchurch.org/peter

It would be great to have you there.

While you are there, as with any blog, a big part of the experience is interacting and becoming a part of the conversation. Little communities are formed of people who comment on blogs and it’s a great way to make new friends, learn more and encourage/uplift each other. Feel free to comment with whatever is on your heart or mind.

See you over at my blog!

I also write for the Make A Difference To One website. Visit it here: MakeADiff21.com

Hands and Feet

09 Oct 2009 Featured

Hands and Feet LogoHands and Feet is the Church that we helped plant (and now we pastor) back in March 2007.

Hands and Feet, Hanford is what some people would call a house church, what others might call a simple church and what we just call ‘Church’.

Our mission is to be Christ’s hands and feet in our community. We are focused on reaching out to the people in our street by showing Christ’s love to them in every aspect of our lives.

If you’re ever in Hanford, we’d love to share a meal with you or just spend some time hanging out with you.
